A BILL to repeal sections seventeen-a and seventeen-b, article six, chapter twenty-nine of the code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended, relating to the apprenticeship program for state employees.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
ARTICLE 6. CIVIL SERVICE SYSTEM.
§1. Repeal of the sections relating to establishment of the apprenticeship program and its advisory board.
Sections seventeen-a and seventeen-b, article six, chapter twenty-nine of the code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended, are hereby repealed.
